Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Partner4Me by Clients and Partners. Booking or listing on the platform means you accept them.

1. What Partner4Me is

Partner4Me is a marketplace for professional companionship and activity services. We introduce Clients to Partners and handle booking, pricing, payment and dispute records. It is not a dating service, and it is not an employment agency.

2. Our role

Partners are independent providers, not employees or agents of Partner4Me. We do not supervise a booking while it happens. We set and enforce the rules that govern the platform, including the Code of Conduct, the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, and those documents form part of these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to hold an account, and you must give accurate information when you register. One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Bookings and price

A booking is formed when a Partner accepts a paid request. The quote frozen at request time is the price: the rate, the hours, the platform fee and the tax do not change afterwards. Amounts are in Indian rupees.

5. Payments

Payments are taken through the platform. Off-platform payment is a breach of these terms because it removes the record that protects both sides. While the live payment gateway is being completed, payments run in a clearly labelled sandbox mode.

6. Conduct

The Code of Conduct is binding on both sides. Requests for romantic or intimate services, requests to move off the platform, harassment, discrimination and attempts to obtain another user's personal contact details are all breaches and can end an account without refund of any platform fee.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy set out the windows and the amounts. Refunds are credited to your Partner4Me wallet rather than reversed to the payment method you used. Wallet credit can be spent on a later booking and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. The Refund Policy states what that means and how to raise it with us.

8. Content you upload

You keep ownership of your photos and text. You grant Partner4Me a licence to display them on the platform for as long as your profile is live. Upload only content you have the right to use.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, a safety incident, fraud, or a legal requirement. Where we can explain why, we will.

10. Liability

We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care. We are not liable for the conduct of a Client or a Partner during a booking, beyond our obligations under applicable law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect, and the date of the current version is shown with this page.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
