Code of Conduct
Last updated
One document, binding on Clients and Partners equally. It exists so that nobody has to negotiate a boundary in the moment.
The line, stated plainly
Partner4Me is a professional companionship and activity-services platform. A booking buys a Partner's time and company for a stated activity. It does not buy a relationship, a date, physical intimacy, or anything of a sexual nature. This is not a matter of tone - it is the boundary the platform is built on.
Specifically, these are breaches and they end accounts:
- Asking for, offering, hinting at or negotiating romantic or sexual services.
- Framing a booking as a date, or treating it as one once it has started.
- Persisting with personal or romantic questions after the other person has said no, changed the subject or asked you to stop.
- Unwanted physical contact of any kind.
- Photographing or recording someone without their agreement.
- Pressuring anyone to drink, to travel further, to stay longer, or to go somewhere that was not part of the booking.
- Discrimination or harassment on any ground.
Keep it on the platform
- Arrange and discuss the booking in the in-app chat. It is the record that protects both of you.
- Do not ask for a personal phone number, email, social handle or home address, and do not ask anyone to take the payment off-platform. Both are breaches.
- Do not share another person's details with anyone else.
During a booking
- Meet in the public place agreed in the booking, and stay within the scope that was agreed. A change of plan is a new booking.
- Be on time. If you are running late, say so in the chat.
- A Partner may decline any request and end any booking that goes outside what was agreed, without needing to justify it further. Ending a booking for a conduct breach does not make the Partner liable for a refund.
- A Client may end a booking early too. The refund follows the Refund Policy.
Reviews
Review the service you received: punctuality, conversation, whether the booking matched what was agreed. Reviews about someone's appearance, or reviews used as leverage over a refund, are removed.
Reporting
Report from inside the booking. Anything with a safety dimension goes straight to the operations team. For an active safety concern, use SOS - it raises a high-priority incident with our operations team. It does not call the police, so if you are in danger, call the emergency services first.
What happens after a report
Operations reads the booking timeline and the chat, records what was decided and why, and can warn, suspend or remove an account. Serious breaches - anything sexual, coercive or violent - are removed on the first occurrence.
