How Partner4Me works

Booking someone's time should feel like booking anything else: you know who is coming, what you are paying, and what happens if plans change.

Booking someone's time should feel like booking anything else: you know who is coming, what you are paying, and what happens if plans change.

For clients

  1. Pick the activity. Start from a service - films, dining, shopping, appointment support, events, city walks - because the service sets the pricing and duration rules for everything that follows.
  2. Pick your area. Enter your PIN code. We show you how many Partners actually serve that area for that service, and say plainly when we are not live near you yet.
  3. Choose a Partner and a slot. Profiles show a headline, languages, experience notes, ratings and the services that Partner offers. Availability comes from the Partner's own weekly schedule.
  4. Confirm the price before you pay. The quote freezes the rate, the hours, the platform fee and the tax. That frozen quote is the amount you pay - nothing is recalculated afterwards.
  5. Pay, and wait for acceptance. The Partner accepts or declines. If the request is declined, the full amount is credited back to your wallet.
  6. Meet in public, do the thing, close the booking. Both sides mark the booking complete, then review each other.

For partners

  1. Apply and complete onboarding. Profile, languages, services, rates and the areas you are willing to work in.
  2. Submit identity documents. Our operations team reviews them internally before your profile can be discovered.
  3. Set your availability. Weekly rules in your own timezone, plus exceptions for the days you are not free.
  4. Accept the work you want. You see the service, area, time and payout before you accept, and declining costs you nothing but the booking.
  5. Get paid after completion. Earnings post to your ledger after the booking closes and become withdrawable once the holding period ends.

What stays fixed

The service, the start time, the duration, the place type and the price are agreed up front. Changing any of them means cancelling and rebooking, under the published Cancellation Policy - which is exactly why there is nothing to argue about on the day.
