This page explains what Partner4Me collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

  • Account data: your phone number, optionally an email address, your display name and your language preference.
  • Profile data: for Partners, a headline, bio, languages, photos, the services offered and the PIN codes served.
  • Location data at PIN-code granularity. We store the areas a Partner is willing to work in and the area a Client is booking for. We do not store a home address for either side, and the only coordinates in the system are city centroids.
  • Booking data: service, time, duration, place type, price snapshot, status history and messages exchanged inside the booking.
  • Identity documents, for Partners only, stored privately and reviewed internally by our operations team.
  • Technical data: request logs with a correlation id, device tokens for notifications, and rate-limit counters.

What we never log

Secrets, one-time passcodes, full phone numbers and identity-document fields are stripped before anything is written to a log or an audit record. Audit entries keep a masked tail of a phone number so an investigator can correlate a case without the trail becoming a directory of mobile numbers.

Who can see what

  • Clients and Partners see each other's public profile only. Phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, identity documents and payout details are never shown to the other side.
  • Identity documents are readable only by operations staff holding the relevant capability, through short-lived signed links, and every such read is recorded.
  • The public website shows aggregate coverage - how many Partners serve a city - and never an individual's location.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process your data to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to keep the platform safe. Marketing messages are opt-in and separate from transactional notifications about your bookings.

How long we keep it

Booking, payment and ledger records are retained for the period tax and accounting law requires. Chat inside a booking and identity documents are kept after a booking ends or an account closes; there is no automatic deletion yet. Ask for deletion from the Contact page and we will remove what the law does not require us to keep.

Your choices

You can correct your profile at any time, export your data, withdraw marketing consent, and ask for deletion. Ask from the Contact page. Records we are required by law to keep survive deletion; your profile stops being discoverable straight away.

Third parties

We use service providers for SMS, email, push notifications, payments and file storage. They receive only what they need to deliver their part. We do not sell personal data, and there is no advertising or analytics tracker on this website.
