About this service
A hospital appointment is easier with a second person. Your partner waits with you, helps with the paperwork queue, writes down what the doctor says and sees you home to the door. They are not a medical professional, do not interpret results, do not speak to clinicians on your behalf unless you ask them to in front of you, and never handle medication.
